Opened in 2022 by Emily, who had a vision of building an all inclusive, positive and safe environment for the beauty industry. With 2 receptionists, 1 boudoir photographer, and 12 licensed professionals, Onyx Moon is a space for independent providers to work together and create a magical experience for guests and workers. Emily specializes in making her clients feel there absolute best. Her goal as an owner, educator, and esthetician is to make everyone feel more confident inside and out. She graduated from Douglas J, studying esthiology, and went on to earn her esthetic instructor license. 🖤🌙.

Brooke is a Michigan based esthetician who specializes in waxing, facials, lashes, brazilians, and brows. Her passion is helping others feel beautiful inside and out. Brooke prides herself and her services being judgment free and inclusive to all. When she isn’t working she enjoys the outdoors, animals, and sports. Susan Dyer
Psychic, Accidental Medium, Reiki & Shamanic Practitioner
Sue started connecting with her grandmother from the other side in 1999. That took her on an educational journey which led her here. She performs oracle readings which combine mediumship, channeling, and other outlets. In addition, she performs shamanic healing and reiki energy work.

Nora graduated from Douglas J with her cosmetology license in 2016. She specializes in haircuts, and event hair and makeup. Nora also helps run the front desk and retail store, when she doesn’t have scissors or a makeup brush in her hand. When she isn’t at Onyx Moon, Nora runs a small business making natural soap and candles as well as dried floral pieces.

Leah graduated in 2020 from Douglas J, and continued her education at the Bella Lash Academy where she learned the art of eyelash extensions. Leah takes pride in servicing her guests with the best product lines in the industry, as well as providing them with a safe and comfortable space. Leah is not currently taking new clients. 👁️😍

Marshon graduated from Douglas J in 2022 with a background in esthiology. He’s currently working on becoming licensed, so he can take clients here at Onyx Moon. Marshon plans to have a sole focus on facials, while he isn’t studying for his exam you can find him behind the desk, and running the boutique.
